Our Internal Training department conducted the training of “The Art of Thing-Orientated leadership" for a large state-owned group company on April 13, The Chairman of the board, president, general manager, chief financial officer, and other group core managers participated in the training. These senior managers have a strong reaction and a feeling to learn a lot, they generally agreed that teachers combat theme fit the current status of the Corporation. The response from these students including: a lot of theories are different with state-owned enterprises, thinking deeply, insight uniquely, curriculum ideas innovation, details explanation vividly, practicality strongly, grasps easily, life stresses should, management speak means.
